Excel Canada's My 800 is a unique, competitive calling feature that new or current customers can add to their existing Excel Canada residential long distance service. With Excel Canada's My 800, customers' family members, friends and small business clients and associates can reach them 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Who is this plan for? 

Excel Canada's My 800 is designed for Excel Canada's long distance customers who make most of their calling card calls to their home or who accept numerous collect calls from family and/or friends. It has also been designed as an effective working tool for business people.

Rates *Customers using Excel Canada's 1-800 pay a lower rate than collect calls or calling cards calls, depending on when they receive the calls.* 

  • A low, flat rate of $0.15 per minute for daytime calls (Monday through Friday for calls within Canada). 
  • Lower rate of $0.09 per minute for evenings and weekends (calls within Canada). 
  • A low flat rate of $0.15, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (for all calls from the United States). 
  • For just $2.00 a month.
